Learned how to use the software Max8 Cycling '74, made voice demos which could adjust the features of sound, such as the tone, speed, and pitch of the voice, to show how voice assistance might be improved.

Took part in three main projects: Stroke Rehab Project; Cradiopathy Patients' Postoperation Follow-up; Project Incubator: Portable Ultrasound, and other expanded tasks of healthcare services.
The work I did can be categorized as follows:
Research: Patient engagement; Market research plan; Market and current policy information gathering; Product scoping workshop.
Concept Development: Workshop organizing; Service flow generating; Information architecture building; Customer Journey map developing; Product concept generating.
Visualization and prototype development: UI guideline developing; App UX/UI design; APP and Web portal refining; Information visualization; Animation.

Mainly worked with UX Line Manager and an Intern Colleague
Stroke rehab already has a current solution at Philips, including a physical product that helps doctors to conduct training with stroke patients. The team has been working on the hand rehab solution (product and software) and has initial ideas. The business wants to create the next generation solution targeting home use in order to expand the market share, which includes stroke rehab and hand rehab training equipment, with a game motivated playing system. It should also be connected to the doctor’s portal and patients' / patients' families application, so that doctors can instruct patients for better training outcomes.
